H-SUMMIT 2022
The H-Summit is one of the instruments put in place to fulfil the mandate of the cedar generation gospel outreach to build capacity into individuals.The summit is yearly and exclusively for training, development, mentoring and modelling towards capacity building. It draws from intellectual savvy and resourceful persons, experts and distinguished personalities who have made indelible marks in their chosen paths.
The H behind the summit represents the three legs that capture the wholistic nature of the vision of the church; which is to raise Holy, Healthy and Highly successful people that can make impact in the world as streetwise apostles.
The theme of H-Summit 2022 is "Gaining Maximum Momentum in Life and Career".
Success in life is not achieved accidentally. Those who make giant strides have access to certain secrets. Therefore, one of the things to learn early in life are the secrets of successful living. This year's H-SUMMIT is conceptualized to furnished our audience with vital secrets with which they can predictably make progress in the midst of the uncertainties in this world.

Meet the Speakers
Ayobami Oladejo
Speaker
Ayobami is a technology and business veteran with more than 20 years of experience working
in the Consulting, IT, Telecoms and Financial Services sector. His journey has taken him
around Africa, North America and Asia, delivering solutions and consulting exercises in
Business Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Platform Strategy, Telecoms, Product Management,
etc. He has spent the last 17 years leading project delivery teams in top multinationals like PwC,
MTN, Vodacom, Airtel and Ericsson.
In his entrepreneurial journey, Ayobami has delivered value with companies he co-founded in Africa, Asia and North America especially in the FinTech space. The solutions provided by these companies are used in top Telecoms and Financial Services companies. He is also an advisor to top FinTech companies including one that is now sponsoring the Nigerian Professional Football League.
He has a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife Nigeria and an MBA from the University of Stellenbosch Business School in South Africa. Ayobami is currently a PhD candidate at GIBS (University of Pretoria, South Africa).

Akanimo Odon

Dr Akanimo Odon holds a master’s degree in Environmental Rehabilitation,
a PhD in Environmental Management from Lancaster University, UK and business and
enterprise certifications and fellowships from Cambridge University UK, Stanford
University USA and MIT USA. He specializes in cross-border education and innovations
in research and is an expert in navigating, developing and managing relationships between
academia, government and industry in Africa for economic viability, research impact
and student employability. He has been Africa Strategy Adviser for Aberystwyth University,
University of Strathclyde; University of East Anglia; and currently he is the African
Regional Adviser for the University of London, the Africa Adviser for Lancaster University
and the Africa director for Zurich Elite Business School Switzerland. He recently founded
Flexy-Learn (www.flexylearn.com), a one-stop online shop for distance learning provision
for Africa. He is Principal Consultant of Envirofly Consulting UK (www.envirofly-group.com)
and Founder of Lancaster International, an international outreach school/programme focused
on supporting primary and secondary schools in Africa (www.lancasterinternational.org).
