H-SUMMIT 2023
The H-Summit is one of the instruments put in place to fulfil the mandate of the cedar generation gospel outreach to build capacity into individuals.The summit is yearly and exclusively for training, development, mentoring and modelling towards capacity building. It draws from intellectual savvy and resourceful persons, experts and distinguished personalities who have made indelible marks in their chosen paths.
The H behind the summit represents the three legs that capture the wholistic nature of the vision of the church; which is to raise Holy, Healthy and Highly successful people that can make impact in the world as streetwise apostles.
The theme of H-Summit 2023 is "Attaining Relevance in the Global Space".

Meet the Speakers
TEMILADE ADELAKUN
Speaker
Temilade is an Associate Product Marketing Manager at Google Sub Saharan Africa where she works across several aspects of marketing -
from branding and positioning to product and growth marketing for some of Google’s consumer products. She is a 2023 IESE Business School
Future Female Leader awardee and an alumnae of the Harvard Business School Crossroads Emerging Leaders Program class of 2020. She has a bachelor's
degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ibadan and graduated with a first class. She was a part of the NUTM founding class.
She actively contributes to technology communities and speaks widely on issues relating to technology with a particular interest in Women and Youth Inclusion, Accessibility, Digital inclusion, literacy and sustainability. She is committed to increasing female representation in STEM and She has worked with various STEM organizations like STEMBelle, Google WomenTechmakers to deliver a series of awareness programs on exploring career opportunities in STEM to thousands of young girls and women across Africa.
Temilade is enthusiastic about the Tech ecosystem in Africa. She aspires to be a business leader encouraging digital skills, assisting in job creation, entrepreneurship and technology development in Africa and also making an impact and inspiring people.
She enjoys volunteering and having conversations with people.

KAYODE OGUNBAKIN
Speaker
Kayode Ogunbakin currently work as a Senior Organizational Development Consultant with a Canadian
Provincial Government Board. In his previous roles, he led the Learning Management & Execution team in
the Consulting sector, held the position of Learning & Talent Development Coordinator in the Oil & Gas
sector and prior to departing for Canada, he held a position as Head, Learning and Development in the
Banking sector. Kayode holds a Bachelors Degree, Double Diploma in Management & Human Resources.
He’s an alumnus of the prestigious IE Business School – Executive Education. Kayode is a Certified
HR Professional with CIPM, CPHR and SHRM-SCP.
