Exploit is a bold or daring feat. In other words, it is what distinguishes a man and makes his name to be written in the hall of fame. A lot of scientific discoveries and breakthroughs, leading to breathtaking inventions, could be termed as exploits. Similarly, outstanding exploits are made in the spiritual realm; but without physical strength. What does one need to make spiritual exploits?
Daniel 11:32b says: *“… but for people who know their God shall be strong, and carry out great exploits.”* It is evidently clear from this scripture that having knowledge of God guarantees strength for exploits. However, experiential knowledge of God is required, not head knowledge. Friend, do you know God and do you have an intimate relationship with Him? If you know God, then He must also know you as His child! The Master said: *“I am the good shepherd; and I know My sheep, and am known by My own”* (John 10:14). The level of exploit you make in life is directly proportional to your knowledge of God. The patriarchs of old, who journeyed this world, recorded major exploits by supernatural strength. The Bible says of Enoch who walked with God until he was no more. God Himself took him away; not death! What an exploit made by a mere mortal man. You too can make exploits if you can develop passionate relationship with God in your walk with Him. David did not confront Goliath with the amour provided him by king Saul; but with a sling and just five stones. Where exactly did the young boy get his strength, boldness and courage from? The answer is premised on David’s knowledge of God’s dealings with him as a little shepherd boy alone in the forest. In fact, he challenged and faced the giant with his testimonies of killing lion and bear. Anyone who keeps a healthy relationship with God will have confidence in His ability to save, deliver and heal. What is your testimony and experience with God? People who make exploits in life have testimonies! *“And they overcame him by the blood of the lamb and by the words of their testimonies …”* (Rev. 12:11)
Beloved, if you want to make exploits in all that pertains to life and godliness, you must be identified with God. The devil’s work is to exploit sinners! Give your life to Jesus Christ today, and receive the strength for exploits in all your endeavours. God bless you real good. *SHALOM*
